I am looking for a company to provide a square threading die with a .8 pitch, anybody comes to mind?
I've tried to get hold of TapCo with out success.
Its for cutting a new thread on a Marlin under lever.

What are you threading? All the screw threads on a Marlin are SAE. Are you referring to the barrel thread?
Barrel threads on most Marlins are square threads 25/32"-12TPI. Easy to cut on a lathe.

A Springfield is 10TPI. Easy to grind a tool .050" wide.
It is very unlikely that any manufacturer would be making a square thread die, and even more so in a non-standard thread pitch. There is no economical market for this. To cut or chase square threads what you need is a metal lathe and a skilled machinist. Both 10 tpi and 12 tpi square thread cutting bits are available from Pacific Tool and Gauge (PTG). Trying to cut threads on a barrel shank with a die is a non-starter, as it would be nearly impossible to make a barrel shank that way that will be concentric with the bore axis. If you need to chase existing threads that are dented or damaged I'd suggest using a set of jewelers files to clean up the threads.

If you are cutting the square threads on a barrel made in the USA, they have to be chased on a lathe. I cut square threads all the time. Sharps, Remington Rolling Block, Springfield, Marlin, and plenty of others. They are measured in threads per inch. A .8 thread is a metric pitch.
