    When I was 17, I wore Knapp shoes, I wish they were still in business.
    I have a cherished pair of winter boots in AZ I brought from AK:
    Beta bunny boots in 15EEE. I have to take them off to drive...

    I have had good luck with Orthofeet. 13EEEE is my size. They have many styles with an extra wide toe box. No cowboy boots for me either.
