    I've only done larger cartridges, from 30-30 (both Herretts) From .223 (.221 fireball) from various .308's (7BR) But since everyone seems to be turning the OD how does that solve the need for reaming the ID of the new neck for the tiny .17 cal bullet?

    I use the rcbs neck turner in a second case trimmer with a .17 cal pilot/cutter. Does ID and OD at the same time
