Argentine primers

I thought I read on here that the Argentine made small pistol primers sold by Norma USA were good primers. Try as I might I couldn't find the threads about them. The old saying keeps ringing in my head "If it sounds too good to be true , it isn't). I put in my cart 3000 small pistol standard primers for $49.99 per 1000. Free shipping for orders of $150 or more and no hazmat. Has anyone else on here bought these?

That's all I use right now. I ordered 5000 and have had no misfires.

I bought these SA primers when everything else was out of stock. Im about half way thru a 5000 piece order. They work just fine in my hammer fired guns, but I do get light strikes in my striker fired ones. Maybe 2 or 3 per hundred.

In post #10 it's mentioned Norma shipped them by FedEx freight. Sure works for me!

Yes, they're the only primers offered. I need to watch that site close in case large rifle and large pistol primers show up.

Hello, Yes, I have bought a few thousand of these small pistol primers from Powder Valley. I think they are generally good primers. Of the 1,000 or so that I have loaded in 9mm, I have had 2 that would not ignite. Since this is target ammo, no big deal to me.

Thanks for the heads up, I just ordered 3,000, plus a roll of tape to get me over the $150 threshold.

Same here in a slicked up 625 . Went bang every time so far.

I wish they had Large Rifle, I'm down to my last 7000.
