    Contender 21" barrel

    Hello all!
I would like to buy a 21" Contender carbine barrel. My first choices would be in 223 or 222. Would consider a 7-30 Waters. I don't know if it matters but I would be using it on a generation one action. Stainless or blue works for me. If you have one you would like to sell please contact me by PM.
Thanks for your consideration, and take care,
    Rick

That's because the Contender is the Godfather,, and the Encore was built for the late comers.

The Encore is ok,, but not enough calibers for it.

Up for another look please. Looking for a 21" sporter barrel with sights. Prefer 223 or 222. Would consider one of the exotic chamberings smaller than 30 caliber.
    Thanks for looking,
    Rick

I have a 32-20 (.308) 10" barrel and a 357 Herrett 14" barrel and a 375 WIN barrel that I'd part with. I have dies for all these too. It doesn't matter the action. All Contender barrels will work. Encore is too big to be a handgun IMO

Thanks for the offer. Looking specifically for a 21" carbine barrel. 32-20 would be a good one!
    Take care,
    Rick

I have a 7-30 Waters, 21” in blue that I’d consider selling. PM me your email address and I’ll send you some pictures, if you’re interested.

I know you are looking for a 21" but I thought I would mention this anyway in case you might be interested. I have a NIP Stainless 23" .204 Ruger barrel for sale.

BobT, Thanks for thinking of me but I already have a couple of heavy barrels. Wanting a little lighter with sights.
Up for a Sunday afternoon look. Everyone have a great rest of the day!
    Thanks, and take care,
    Rick
