On the PM just like in every post there is a triangle with an exclamation inside of it icon to the bottom left under the user name. Click on that and follow the prompts.
I see this post about a possible scammer, but you will need to report it as described by Moleman with more detailed information to allow us to take action. We need the name of the scammer and any links such as an e-mail address.

It's good to post warnings & reminders, but also the little triangle symbol on a post or PM to 'report post'
needs to be checked and it send in.
