Well, if you go their main page, www.gunbroker.com and scroll down, way down, you'll find a heading at the left side of the page that says "Help" and under that "Contact Us."

I never was able to get a response from them from multiple emails.
They offer a PO Box which may be a better though slower way.

I have been in touch with them years ago. It may have been by snail mail, I don't remember. But I got my issue resolved to my satisfaction. so they do respond.

Sellers pay fees us buyers do not. The Net is about sellers not buyers like in a store where we can return stuff and or complain..I have stopped using GB auctions as well and they will only clean up their mess when selling drops off..
