Just switching to a different location sometimes helps. I get this quite often.
Hackers use VPN so they can not be traced. This site probably doesn't allow connects from VPN and they are doing a smart thing by doing such.

I try and run a VPN all the time. Google has a nasty habit of turning it off surreptitiously. I have to turn it back on manually. I can always get on from my phone/tablet/computer, whether I have the VPN on or not.
Certain VPN's have been blocked because of Scammer activity, as was explained to you on the thread below. Nothing has changed since then.Originally Posted by white eagle

I use the Norton VPN and it seems to work OK with this site. One of the Mods checked it and it was working.
got it back changed location and it works again

I thought once I had it it would stay but apparently that was not the case
