    shipping ammo

    this has been brought up before; but is guess i never paid much attention. i have a full case of ely 22lr that i want to send to a friend in AZ. i live in PA. who will ship it and are there any requirements? any idea of shipping cost and are there any any extra cost because of the contents??

    UPS or FedEx. Mark with the ORM-D diamond on the outside. No extra shipping fees involved.

    The above is how I understand it as well.
    Although, you either need to setup an UPS Shipper Account, or ship out at a UPS hub.
    Also, you will likely be surprised at how expensive UPS has become for shipping heavy items.

    I was told you have to print the ordnance label (ORM-D) yourself. Somewhere I saw the diamond must be 4" but I don't remember where.
    Rich or poor, it's good to have money.
