We've added a Taylor Knock-Out Factor Calculator for each bullet...

Just add the velocity you plan to load at and it calculates in real time.

The bullet I took the above picture from is the NOE 311-195-FN.

I got an exciting bullet entered this evening, an H&G 503. I'm super excited about that because it's the beginning of a study on the Keith 44 bullet that will chronicle the changes it's been through and all the clones that's been made.

I'm definitely interested in that bullet. I just got a MP clone of the H&G 503.

What bullet is it pictured with in the last picture? The RCBS version?

Sweet, How are you liking it so far? I've eyed them on occasion but haven't pulled the trigger yet. I believe I have one in my samples that's coming up. I have a big pile of boxes and mailers of samples on my desk I'm working on.

It's the RCBS 44-250-K. I have it listed in the caption.

That's cool. I'm not familiar with this formulation, but I can see where it might be practical in some aspects. Probably not a great determination of external ballistics though...
Currently looking for a Lyman/Ideal 311419 Mold - PM if you have one you'd like to get rid of!

It's mainly for dangerous game hunting cartridges but helps when trying to quantify stopping power between smaller cartridges too. That said, yeah, It's not useful to everyone, but I thought it was a neat little addition.

Book marked for some great information.
Sometimes it takes a second box of boolits to clear my head.

If this thread becomes a sticky, more boolits will get added to the database over time.

Thanks all for the kind words.

I find myself looking at it too, and not just working on it.

I've only cast a hundred or so. Brass MP molds are a thing of beauty and his shipping is so fast, it's hard to believe it comes from Europe faster than I can get something from the next town over via USPS. If you don't have a sample, I'd be happy to send you a couple. I cast primarily from range scrap lead. I have some other MP molds I can send samples from as well. I will PM you with a list.

Thank you for such a great resource. I've been looking at all the great info you have provided.
