It looks like it may accept regular shell holders -- have ya tried? Steel or aluminum??

Unless I'm missing something, it looks pretty standard, just of an unfamiliar brand. jd
It seems that people who do almost nothing, often complain loudly when it's time to do it.

Its aluminum, it takes a smaller shell holder than modern presses..

If you can't find the proper size shell holders, you could always buy a set of Lee and file the bases to fit.

Sinclair International comes to mind, as they made/make specialty loading tools for use at the range. Now part of the Brownells group.

Thats all I can come up with myself, Its an interesting press with you can move the handle to the bottom of the threaded leverage block.
Its a shame they are long gone from Ft Wayne. In the same tote was a hand Sinclair press for using at the range, its in great shape also, it is missing the de-capping pin. But it looks like thats not that hard to come up with.
I'm going to use it to deprime BPCR cases at the range.
    Thank you.

The press was made by Sovereign Instruments. They made the Texas Turret press, seven station press.

Never heard of Sovereign Instruments but the logo matches. I have used other Texan presses but that was in the 70's. Did Sovereign Instruments make all the Texan stuff or just the turret press?

As I recall Sovereign had a full line of presses. My turret does not have the primer
feed device, but that's O K. It is a heavy press, many pieces are made from cast iron.

Are you sure it’s not old enough to have interchangeable rams as the shellholder? I think old Pacifics were like that. So the ram may be the shellholder.

RCBS makes a replacement ram that fits some other makes of presses. No idea if it fits a sovereign.
