    I'm surprised that nobody has mentioned how easy it is to form .300 AAC cases from .223 brass....

    Well, keep both plus some. Oh yeah,,,, you can make all the 300 brass you want from 223/5.56 brass. Some works a lot better than others though. Stick with Lake City, it's the least trouble.

    Yup, somebody left some sub BO in the mag and I shot it. Blew the mag out, scared the **** out of me. SIL got the rifle waterjet cut in half - toast. Fortunately wasn't a super rnd. But I did ring steel pretty good til the bang. Got a few minor cuts from mag shrapnel. Thought I posted the pic here but again.
