    Another silly question

I just picked up some 45cal 540 gr Boolits from Montana boolit Co. Their was some lube included which looks like a wax base. After melting how is it applied to the patch. Do I dip the boolit or brush it on or use my fingers or?

I would not use it. I use JPW just before sizing. You want the patch to cut and fly off after it leaves the muzzle. When fired you should see confetti in front of you.

I lube my dried bullets with BAC by smearing some on the bullet and running it through a push through die to remove the excess.
