New Lee .266 140 gr 6.5mm mold question

I just purchased the new Lee mold for 6.5 mm and planned to use this bullet in both a Creedmoor and a Swedish Mauser. I cast about 100 bullets today and after the mold warmed up, it dropped very nice bullets with sharp bands. I lube a bunch for loading in a .266 sized and it showed the driving band at the base at .266 but did not touch the forward band. Upon inspection with a micrometer, this band measures only .263. It this a normal condition?

I went ahead and loaded 20 rounds with 15 gr of 2400 and was very happy with the results so far. The rifle is a custom Swedish Mauser by Flaig (Flaig's Ace) Showing the first and last targets @ 50 yards. I am not sure what the twist of this barrel is as it is not a military barrel.

That’s a nice stock on that Swede! I have been wanting to try this mold for my Swede.
