The CZ diopter sights are listed as fitting the 11mm dovetails. The CZ 452 Americans in all three calibers and the 452 Full Stock and 452 Varmint rifles in 17HMR and 22 Magnum are also 3/8" dovetails. The other CZ 452's are listed as 11mm dovetails. If your 452 isn't an American all calibers or Full Stock/Varmint in the two calibers there should be a decent chance of it fitting.
