    Corbin Press Inquiry

I traded a diesel motor for a pile of reloading equipment. Some of the better stuff I set up and used. Like the old Dillon RL 1000 press. It is now turning out 30-06 for my 1917 Browning gun. There is this Corbin press that is cast brass or bronze. There is a die with a fine slit in it that looks to be a punch die. Have several other dies too. Maybe there is someone who could identify this old press. I looked on line and could only find new Corbin presses that have vertical guide rods. Thanks for lookin' !!!Click image for larger version.

    Greetings,

I believe it is called the "Mighty Mite" press. It uses 3/4" diameter "M" dies.

    Great for small caliber work.

Now discontinued, Corbin still offers dies and punches for it.

    Cheers,

    Dave

If you want to see one in action. There are some videos on you tube by Jim Fleming using the press for 38 wad cutters.

    Good luck.
