I don't know but a friend gave me one just like it with green dot in it. Been using it for 38 spec and 9MM.

Isn’t it good knowing if we don’t do something stupid, powder and primers can perform well after many decades of storage?

Just my $.02. Hercules (and later Alliant) has data for Bullseye in a light target low recoil load for 12 guage. Something on the order of 15.5-17.5 gr in a 12 gauge with a 3/4 or 7/8 oz load. This being for lead shot. Works pretty well.

Have you actually loaded the "light" load for 12 gauge? I did once. It's passed snappy. I prefer full house loads over the Bullseye loads.

A buddy tried it also, he came to the same conclusion. That was 35+ years ago, since then much better reduced payload, reduced recoil loads have been developed.

And I shoot a lot of 3/4 and 7/8 oz. 12 gauge skeet loads. If 1/2 oz. in .410 will break skeet targets 3/4 oz. in 12 gauge will do the same.
