I found several hundred 9mm cases with a step inside. It is headstamped OZK PLG. Is anyone familiar with this brass and has anyone reloaded it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brasso : Fairly common. Yes they can be reloaded but the smaller case capacity calls for a reduced charge and I'm not aware of anyone publishing data for such cases so I think you're on your own there. With 9mm brass so cheap, usually lying about free on the ground of any gun range I just throw it in the recycle bucket. Gp
I found internally stepped 9mm cases in range brass, I don't recall the headstamp markings, as there was a few different ones. I recycled them.
