Needed .259" or .260" sizer for RCBS or Lyman?

    Hello all!
I am in need of an RCBS or Lyman type sizing die in .259" or .260". I know at one time there were a few folk on the forum who made these. I anyone around today? Where would you go to get one?
    Thanks for your help,
    Rick

Take your chance here for an oversize diameter
Or if not, lap it out

I believe that a member here by the handle of " Ammohead" used to make a push through type.
    Perhaps he still does!?

Buffalo Arms has them listed. I've bought several custom diameter dies from them.

A few years ago I needed a sizing die in .252" diameter and could not find one anywhere. After all, how many casters make boolits for the .25 acp cartridge anyway. This project was a "want" and not really a "need" just for the challenge. I was casting 48 grain boolits with an Ideal Perfection mold in .257" diameter. Looking through my sizer assortment I found a .244 diameter die that I knew I would never use. First I opened it with a 1/4" drill and final polished it with very fine sandpaper until it fit .252" diameter. There was very little work involved and the final product suits my needs. You could probably create your needed die by "final sanding" with sandpaper on a dowel mounted in a drill. Good luck with your project.

I’ve given up on Lyman size dies, two recent purchases for 406” dies would not allow the die retaining nut to screw down into its proper position. The dies are to fat for my Lyman 4500 sizer.
