It looks like your PC passed the crush test.
These men and their hypnotized followers call this a new order. It is not new. It is not order.

The ones in the bottom picture look really good especially for a first try! Good luck and good casting.
Keep your powder dry and watch your six !!

I know my toaster oven is coated inside from many cooking sessions of PC.

hope you are not going to use the air fryer for food anymore

get an inexpensive oven thermometer at wally world and use it to keep track of temps

while not an air fryer I built a PID to hold my toaster oven to ±1° from 207C (it's metric but doesn't seem to bother the bullets)

Well 45 actually and yes need to
Lower temp, size cast is .454 is but
Coated and sizing the are up to .460
Before sizing, so slump it is. As I
Don't think the PC is adding. 012 to the size.....

It looks like all you need to do is lower the heat. However you applied the powder worked just fine.

Bullets/pan could be too close to the heat element and/or overshoot of the thermostat. Or the thermostat could be out of calibration. My first oven was 50°F out of calibration.

yes air fryer is supposed to be running @425 but thermometer says 550 actual so there is that, so much for air frying and just lowered it to toast

FWIW, toasting, air frying, broil settings use the top heating element. That means you also have direct radiant heating from the element. Use the 'bake' setting (if you have one) and only the lower heating element will be used.

Yes sir; air fryers are convection ovens. Again even heat and temperature control is of importance. Control, size, cost.

Do not under any circumstances put your toaster oven on the shelf of your gas grill in strong hot sunlight. In SoCal in August at 2pm in the afternoon.
