Question Hornady Lock-N-Load Auto Charge replacement motor

My Hornady Lock-N-Load Auto Charge motor packed up. I contacted Hornady for the specs and received the following answer:

Unfortunately we do not have parts for the autocharge any longer, since we came out with the autocharge pro. We do not have the working voltage information for the motor being a proprietary part. I know some local electronic shops can help identify the motor and find replacements.

The motor has the following marking: AM-25M370-26-06360 ZY13030401

All I need to know is the operating voltage and the gear ratio.

    Can anybody help?

When my Auto Charge went south , Hornady replaced it.
I would see if they would do that for you.
