Anyone know where I can get some .321 J Bullets at.

I have a .32/40 that I am wanting some jacketed slugs to work up a accurate load as a comparison to my lead slug loads. I have tried Buffalo Arms, Midway, Grafs and Midsouth Shooters supply, they all have none. Any help in buying 200 or so would be appreciated.

For your purposes, would the nose configuration matter much? If not, then the first thing that occurs to me is the use of projectiles from whatever surplus 8x57mm ammunition is still around, after they've been run through a .321" sizer. Sizing down 200 jacketed projectiles from .323" to .321" might wear out a sizer (or three), but it might be one method.
Most of the surplus 8x57mm projectiles I'VE encountered weighed 154 - 159 gr., and FMJ, though there IS some out there with 196 gr., which is more in the .32-40's usual bullet weight range.
You MAY end up having to try resizing jacketed commercial projectiles in your desired bullet weight. This MAY prove easier (though somewhat more expensive) than with the surplus projectiles, as I would expect the military bullets to have thicker, harder jacket material than the commercial products.
With either option, I would budget in the replacement of a .321" diameter bullet sizer.

Wow! I checked briefly too. What a joke!

Case lube, and a .321 sizer, buy a Lee push through is cheap. Then clean the bullets with acetone. Buy RN flat base bullets if you can find them.
Same old deal, to shoot for accuracy, you need to clean all the lead gone, then all the copper gone to return to shooting lead.

Pricey but Hawk Bullets does list a .321 flat point. Powder Valley just had some .32 170 flat nose in their 'factory seconds' listing. I use Matt's Bullets 185grain .323 Flat Point Gas Checks in several .32 Winchester Specials with accuracy as good as the Speer and Hornady jacketed bullets. Think of the .32 Special as an improved .32-40.
