This is the first time I’ve heard about NOE’s flow through case sizers. Interesting. Too bad I already have so many of the original solid ones. I wonder if it they could be bored out. Maybe they have been hardened.

Just hit the edge with a file , if it doesn't cut its hard, but I doubt it is hard because it doesn't need to be.
Just put it in a Lathe and run a drill thru it.
