Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
This is what I get must be something jacked on my puter?

Getting 403 on my iPad, must be his website.
I was on the site last week and had no issues, but I seem to remember there was a message on the site they were updating it. Might still be working through it, depending on your browser history, cache, and all that stuff my wife knows about and simplifies for me.

Worked for me just now. Restart your computers.
Got a shipment from him yesterday. He makes some nice bolts. He generally said he makes 22+/- BHN bullets and in discussion, I told him I was looking for some more suitable for hunting and - no fuss / no muss - he made up some 11 BHN. Nice to deal with.
I can get on his site, but when I click on any link to the bullets, I get the forbidden page.
I already restarted my computer.
No workee for me. He needs to get it fixed, he is loosing business.

I'd say just keep trying - I was getting error yesterday on the ipad, today I was able to access from laptop and ipad and now it's 403 again
I have gotten all the above and have also bought and received bullets there. Got some already sized collar buttons for 45 colt. They are from a MP mold.
It works fine for me. If there's issues, it's on your end. Clear your cache and cookies in your browser and try again.
