Finally -- a use for spent steel 7.62x39 AK-47 shells with Berdan primers -- a Cigar Punch, for easier draw and nicer mouth feel.
Easier than pie -- sharpen the case mouth with fine sandpaper on your belt sander.
Add a 10-24 eyebolt after tapping the primer hole, if you want, so it's distinctive.
Slip on a bit of vinyl tubing, if needed, to protect the cutting edge, but it can be resharpened easily.
In use, carefully twist into the cap of your favorite stogie. Don't push -- use a back and forth twisting action, until the thin cap is cut through. The result: a perfect, .32 caliber drawing hole that lasts the whole cigar without getting mushy or releasing pieces into your mouth.
Lighter 'er up.
And if you lose it, who cares? Make another. You'll be the talk of the Cigar Bar.
