The Presidente hulls are the CBC brass hulls.

    Very nice. Thank you.
I was just about to ask:
    Bateria
209 Cartuchos de Caça plásticos do calibre 12 ao 28.
209/50 Cartuchos de Caça plásticos do calibre 32 e 36.
    Cápsula Pica-Pau Berdan Cartuchos Presidente.
I was about ready to ask if they were Cartuchos Presidente. The problem is that they are loaded with a berdan primer and again that is not huge thing. Shotgun berdan primers can be .254 diameter and I used some years ago to reload some some copper wash steel 7.62x54 rounds. The thin primer wall was punctured by the mosin firing pin.

The smokeless powder seem to be CBC brands. The load is low brass equivalent charge that is little over an oz at about 1,100 to close 1,200 fps. By looking closely at all of the loads one could in a strong gun develop a load with a powder available in the USA.

If you can read spanish you can figure out the gist of the paragraph

Yup. That's exactly what I did. Select low(er) pressure loads, reduce by 10%, and work up to 1,100 to 1,200 fps over the chrono.

The only major deviation is putting a base wad into the hull. Base wads from Federal and Rio hulls fit nicely and snap in tightly. Use a countersink to open up the underside to fit the primer pocket. This modification seems to have reduced shot to shot inconsistency.

Good compression of the wad column is required.

This is something that I was wondering about.

So a base wad is essential then in a brass shell that is one piece? A detachable base wad can also if powder gets behind end up in the forcing cone or elsewhere in theory.

For black powder, no, a base wad doesn't seem to be required.

For smokeless powder, a base wad seems to make a difference. My bloopers went away at lower loading levels.
A base wad can come loose in any hull with separate base wads. It hasn't happened yo me, yet, but it could. I always re-seat the basewad as part of the loading process. None have been loose so far. None have been missing, or lodged in the barrel so far.
