I swapped out my Lee for NOE yesterday. Looking forward to getting it set for 45 Colt.

I’ve been using them for years. They work great. Good for bottle neck cases too.

Can feel the more consistent neck tension when compared to just the initial sizing die and less brass working than the regular Lee universal expander which flares the mouth as opposed to sizing case mouth straight down with enough diameter and deep enough to set a bullet in the case for seating without shaving lead.

I can't prove it but I would say with the proper size of NOE expander one also avoids swaging the bullet diameter to the size of the case which is often sized for copper jacketed size not cast lead. Not much point in casting a .310 bullet for better fit in ones 30 caliber and stuffing it into a case sized for .308 jacketed bullet.
Scrap.... because all the really pithy and emphatic four letter words were taken and we had to describe this source of casting material somehow so we added an "S" to what non casters and wives call what we collect.

Kind of hard to claim to love America while one is hating half the Americans that disagree with you. One nation indivisible requires work.
