    Lost a pioneer today

It appears that John Linebaugh passed away this evening. It was reported he was working in his shop and collapsed. Praying for his family.

Quite a remarkable man. Prayers to the Linebaugh family.

Condolences to his family. What a loss to the revolver community.

So sorry to hear this. I had the pleasure to meet John a couple of times. The first time I met John and his wife Kat, at the time, and their 2 sons was at John's home-shop in 1991. John built a .500 for me that year and a big .45 the following year. I kept in touch over the years, but it wasn't until 2006 when we met again at a seminar he had in Jackson, MS. I think it was the second day of the seminar that we all went to a dinner at the Cabela's there. John rode with me to the dinner.

    Prayers for the family.

    RIP John
