    I love my air fryer.
It`s much better for heating/reheating and cooking than the microwave.

Lunchtime today, I made Air fryer apples. I had some old apples in the frig from last fall.
    Recipe:
    https://www.foodtasticmom.com/air-fryer-apples/
BUT, I used Chinese 5 spice instead of Cinnamon,
and just a sprinkle of sugar instead of the 2 tsp sugar,
and I added a splash of apple cider vinegar.
I didn't use any maple syrup, as I knew these old apples were plenty sweet.
    otherwise, I followed the recipe.
they were just like baked apple, except in bite sized slices...and very tasty
    400º for 15 min.

My Air fryer (Presto AirDaddy) is 400º max.
I am learning as I go. As for times, I've been getting recipes off the internet and they include temp and time. I bought my Airfryer used, and didn't come with a manual, but I found one online...it had some recipes and cook times. Maybe your kitchen range manual has the same?

We use ours for french fries and to reheat other things.
It works faster than a regular oven, but doesn't make reheated fried chicken soggy like the micro wave does.

We haven't gotten any recipes just for it though.
We use it as the convection oven it really is for smaller amounts where we don't need the big oven.

We mostly used it for store bought frozen French fries. A while back we were out so I hand cut some russet potatoes. Cold water soak for an hour, light oil and season to taste in the air fry. We will never by frozen fries again.
