    I apologize on getting back to you so late. Been out of town for work and just catching up. The meplat on the MP 8mm 180 gr Hunter is approx .150

    Thank you so much for that info.
    That gives me a good starting point. I am also using 30-06 brass and I have a couple of bottles of H4895. Hopefully get to it sometime this Spring.
