It's a complete scam, just like every other diet pill out there.
I lost 70 pounds on keto in about a year, stayed on it to maintain my weight for just over four years now.
When you're in ketosis your body will utilize ketones as a source of fuel. Taking a pill containing ketones as a way to get into ketosis not only doesn't work it's the equivalent of taking sugar pills on a high carb diet.

Just about the only legal supplement that actually works for weight loss is Ephedra, it's available OTC at places like Walgreens. Don't take it unless your are in decent health and know what you are doing with it.

Today's fast went well except I don't really want to drink lots of water.

I've had three cups of black coffee and three cups of water, a postage stamp sized sprinkle of sea salt in my palm.

I've not eaten since lunch yesterday and I feel fine.

Keto works, but can be hard in the beginning. Be tough on yourself and keep to. No cheating. You can drink coffee and tea when you get the hungry urges. They don’t last that long. I aim to eat zero carbs, knowing some slip in. Read all the ingredients on packaging. Just because it’s bacon, doesn’t mean there’s not sugar or fructose in it. You can do it!

I believe you are referring to "Ozempic". I was prescribed this for my Type 2 diabeties and have lost 90lbs in the last 15 months!

Before insulin was available to treat diabetes the keto diet (with a little alcohol) was the treatment.

Be careful if any of you get on the ozempic, tests for both those that are and are not diabetics show that yes, you will lose weight while on the med, but will quickly regain a lot when you get off of it. It is a very short term weight loss for thise who are not diabetic and only use it a short time. To keep weight off everyone has to change eating habits.
