It sure looks like a good cartridge despite the rareness. It would be great in a Krag if it would fit in the magazine.

IIRC there is wildcat called 35 Krag, the Krag case necked up to take .358 bullets. The Krag case is very close in rim diameter and thickness and could be expanded and fire formed for use, although short. Seat bullets to the 35 WCF OAL, Crimping might be an issue but may not be needed in the Win 95 magazine.

You are correct, Rich. Using Krag brass is one alternative and astutely you are correct, they are a bit short but reportedly quite workable. 405Win is another alternative although about as common as 35Win, so not much love there. I am hearing 7x65R is another alternative.....very much interested in pursuing this route at the moment.

I have a set of Redding dies, and they appear to be in excellent condition. No shell holder, but there is an extra expander, an extra decapping pin, and an allen wrench included - along with the box.

Thanks jd....I've got a good store of krag brass and that's an option for me. I do appreciate you jumping in with other potential options!
