    Ruger 44 Carbine Project

    I have a 44 Carbine that was under water for about 3 weeks and by chance I was able to locate a barrel for it!
    Most of the disassembly/reassembly is pretty easy but the trigger group is pretty complicated!
    Thankfully there is YouTube!
    I found a video that shows the disassembly and another one that shows the reassembly!

    Good thing you found a video! I had one of the originals, "Deerstalker" I believe, and took it apart for cleaning. It was a bear to get back together.

    This is one of the most difficult guns I have ever worked on, complicated. I hope you end up with a nice shooter!
