I doubt you will get anything out of Russia with the current situation.

If I needed a compact loader I would have a serious look at the hand press Randy offers.

Everything out of Russia is frozen for the time being such as my Lukoil stock. Unless it's in stock somewhere here or in Europe you might have to look elsewhere for one similar.

I have to admit I’ve never even heard of that one! I spent a fair amount of time in Eastern Europe, but don’t remember hearing of it. I never made it to Russia, though. Can you scan an image of an ad or anything or tell us where you heard of it?
If you just want a packable tool, the classic Lyman 310 tool and the less well known English Pak (or is it Pak It) Tool still show up from time to time. Others are out there but less common.
You might want to check in over on the ARTCA (Antique Reloading Tools Collectors Association) Forum. Those guys come up with some very odd tools over there.

I bought one of the HDS Compac Presses (forerunner of the Buchanan) over 30 years ago and it still works perfectly today.

Here is a link from this forum with a discussion of it. This thread has a couple of photos of the device and a couple youtube video links that show it operating.

place a WTB add on here for a lee 12g loader or check fleabay for a lee 12g loader, its a compact hand loader that lee made years ago and lots still find it handy.

down and dirty handloading can be done. use a punch to pop out primer and reset a new primer, charge with powder, use a wooden dowel to compress wad, add shot. the hard part is the closure, easiest thing is to buy a roll crimper and trim the shell. you can use cardboard circles and a roll crimp to seal the end.

hopefully georgeonedollar sees this post and your problem would be solved.

looks like fleabay has 5 or 6 for sale, buy it now price is around a hundred bucks. this would be your cheepest way to resize and reload 12g shells

Sorry OP, thought you were reloading metallic rounds.

For camp to load 12 ga I would get a used MEC JR and leave it there. They used to cost about $60 but may be higher now.
