Need Advice on Compressed Powder in Pistols

I’m wondering where I can get into trouble with compressed powders. My main question is at the very end here.

My Lyman 49th Ed shows Enforcer giving the max velocity in .357 SIG, and the max charge is a compressed load of 15.2 grains (starting load is 13.7 grains) under a 125 grain jacket hollow point (Speer Gold Dot). Lyman also shows 13.7 grains as the max charge under a 147 grain TMJ. I have 124 grain truncated cone j-words from RMR and it looks like the powder starts getting compressed around 13.8 or 13.9 grains. I am using CCI magnum primers, and Lyman used Federal standard primers. My Fiocchi brass has the same water capacity as the Federal brass used by Lyman.

I loaded 15 rounds between 13.7 and 13.9 grains, and they are not crimped. If the OAL does not change in 24 hours I will collect crimp these and shoot them.

If 13.8 grains is just touching the bullet, is 15.2 grains excessively compressed?

They all passed the 24 hour creep test. Now let’s see what the chrono says…
