I have the brass washer and a powder baffle on my MEC presses, and have to say that .2 - .3 is a nominal variation.

Old enough to know better, young enough to do it anyway!
Men who don't understand women fall into two categories: bachelors and husbands!
I forgot to follow up on this. I ordered the brass washer and installed it. I started getting very consistent drops. It made all the difference in the world.

I load with Red Dot which also can be a bundle of joy to meter.
The powder baffle is a necessity, but you don't have to buy one, just make it out of a soda can, stupidly easy.
My Ponsness Warren had always been finicky about the drop until a long time reloader I know hooked me up with this trick....
Duct tape a very small aquarium air pump to the top of the powder bottle. The vibration keeps the powder flowing smoothly.
If you do this, however, you MUST ground the unit (which all reloaders should do anyway)
