    45 acp barrel work

Yesterday I got back the barrel that I sent to DougGuy for throat work. It always leaded in the throat and the bullets needed to be seated deep. Today I gave the pistol a good workout, those problems are gone. Thanks Doug.

I’ll second this. I had an aftermarket Glock 17 barrel that refused to plunk most cast bullets without seating deeper than I was comfortable with. Doug recently worked his magic on it and now that barrel happily gobbles up everything I’ve fed it. I couldn’t be more tickled.

Just to prove how good he is, years ago I sent him a cylinder and it was back in about a week.
Note in the box said 'it is fine as it is I did not do anything to it'

I have had both barrels and cylinders done by Doug. Well pleased with the results.

Back in January, I had Doug lengthen the throats on three 9mm barrels. I was having to seat my cast boolits too deep to "plunk". Now, all three barrels will accept all my properly seated boolits. Thank you Doug.
    If a 41 won't stop it, I wouldn't bet my life on a 44.
