.....Anyone have problems with Lee dies? This is the first time I have tried Lee. Also, It fits in a Wilson case gauge. I used Greek HXP 30 06 brass. Maybe I should try another brand.
Dies (and chambers) are made to dimensional specifications, which includes an acceptable plus or minus range as needed for realistic manufactoring demands. All American reloading die makers work to achieve the relevant finished cartridge dimensions but there is NO fixed point to be aimed at. Thus, any specified die dimension within the full tolerance range is as "precise" as it needs to be. There will be as much average difference between dies of the same brand as between brands.

Anyone stoutly claiming their favorite brand is more "precise" than other brands is wrong. Meaning spend as much on dies as it takes to make you feel good but Lee's dies are as well made and work as well as others in their class.
