My 2016 example has a unique dovetail with additional cutout for the adjustable sight. I would think someone has made an adjustable sight to fit your version at some point, mebbe LPA? Unless you are really attached to this pistol, it should be no special trick to sell or trade up to an adjustable sight version. I specified adjustable sights when I ordered mine new and glad I did.

    Congratulations on a fine firearm!
And to answer your question, yes!

Check out Brownells under handgun parts/sights/sights sets/in the drop down box for make choose Browning, in the drop down for model choose Hi Power. There’s 3 options for sight sets.

I think Brownells also sells the offset punch to rivet or swage the underside of the front sight tang. You can supply the hammer.

Years ago, the flimsy adjustable sight on my HP got bent. Have no idea how, didn't drop the gun. Replaced it with a Millet adjustable, white out line.

BTW, mine was purchased around the same time frame as OP.
