This is also useful for the S&B.

I always PC before I size. I’m always afraid the lube used for sizing, could hinder the PC from sticking correctly.

When sizing 45 rifle (.459-.460) bullets down to for pistol,
    - I'll (RSBS) lube/size down to .454 . . .
    - Boil them with a dash of dishwashing soap (2x) 30-secs
    - Rinse/boil (1X)
    - Dry.

All told about ten minutes total.
Works for S&B PC like a charm after that

High humidity will also make it difficult to get the static charge built up for the powder coat to stick. Not usually a problem in the winter, but something to think about.

I solved that for me. I don't lube them
