    I'd do a chamber cast first, who knows, maybe it's been rechambered again after the 30 Ingram.

    You might also look at the .30/223 Apache.
    I just found this one on Ammoguide.com.
    I don't know how different this may be.

    I have a barrel the guy said was a 30x45 (30-223) . I just shot some 223 in it to fire from the brass and then used a 300 blk sizer die to just size the neck. When needed a 357 mag die was used to size the body. After firing a couple of 100, they still do not need the body sized just the neck. This is in a bolt gun.

    Search in DuckDuckGo, 30/223 Ingram. You will find a little 2007 info. Necked up 223 with blown out Ackley shoulder.
