I was wondering if the bolt locks up to the rear part of the barrel- instead of the action.
I couldn’t tell from what I’ve read about it.

I think it must lock up in the barrel. It is an aluminum receiver.

Do you have any 30 cal molds? What powders do you have on hand? Have you got a 30 cal M-Die?

Your most welcome and I'm happy to hear it doesn't affect your new rifle.

N0 30 caliber molds yet. TAC is the one I have the most of. No "M" die.

Thanks to LAGS, we discovered the problem with my reloads was the shoulder needed to be bumped back a skosh. Skosh applied and here is what we got.

On the right track, I think. Now to look for a nice 30 cal mold...

Well, LAGS came to the rescue - it was me, not the rifle. I needed to bump the shoulder back a tiny bit, as this baby has exact SAMMI tolerances.
I think things are looking better.
