I don't remember seeing any. I would think most would find a hi-power a handful with regular grips on it.
There are several companies making what you're looking for. VZ Grips, LOK Grips, and BH Spring Solutions are a couple of them. Most of the palm swell grips that I've seen are synthetic, however BHSS had wooden palm swell grips.

A few years ago I bought a set of palm swell HP grips from Esmeralda, but it looks as though they don't make HP grips anymore.
