    The 44-40 WCF is the superior cartridge in a lever gun , feed it a proper bullet it will surpass any 45 Colt chambered rifle for accuracy with aplomb.

    It may well be...
    I'll bet that 45 colt brass is a lot easier to find though.
    At this late in the game I don't "plan" to add any more calibers to load for.

    Keep your eye on Starline's website, they have made a couple of runs in the past year... If they list it as "backorder ok", order it! I got mine "backorder" in a week! I bit the bullet and ordered a thousand.
