But I would like a cap with a ladder rack so I can haul my canoe
Both sides lock and I have 4 keys
IMO about perfect shape expect the sticker on the drivers side latch
Is missing
What are they worth used ?

I hate to say this but truck caps and tonneau covers have next to to no resale value unless someone is looking for that exact model and color.
If they had to get it repainted to match their vehicle they would prolly be halfway or more to a new color matched one.
covers for common bed sizes might not be worth too much for resale but I still cant find a used top of any style to fit my 8' bed chevy at a reasonable cost anywhere.
even on new stuff there are wide price differences for truck accessories from place to place
years ago when i had a topper that i wanted to sell, i got no bites from the ads i posted so i took it to a fairly large trailer/truck topper dealer and left it with them on consignment, took about a year to sell but i got out of it what it was worth
