    This thing on?

I am just starting to get setup for my first attempt at bullet casting. Been buying blue bullets for a long time but I’ve had about 50 pounds of lead ingots under the bench for about 4 years. Finally time to try it out.

I picked up a couple of Lyman and lee molds off Reddit recently, is there somewhere I can post where I can get help identifying them? Secondly if I can’t use some of them what’s the process I need to follow in order to trade/ sell them so I can get something I can use?

    Appreciate the help

Welcome to the site. For ID'ing your molds go to the equipment sub-forum. As far as trading or selling on the site, there is a sticky at the beginning of the Swapping and Selling section that explains the rules.

For the Lee molds, compare what you have to the Lee catalog.
What caliber and purpose are you looking to reload for?

It looks like the lee molds are for black powder, one is a .45 cal 200gn other is a .50 cal 250gn.

I am looking to make .45 (acp and LC) .455 webley, 9mm, .357 mag, and 30-30.
