    Burris FF3 on a .22 rifle

At the LGS today, I spotted Weaver “Tip off to Weaver” conversion bases. I’ve been looking for a way to try this sight out on my oldest Nylon 66.
It’s a bit high but sighted in quickly and I was hitting old tangerines in no time. I used both bases- they have opposing clamp screws so alignment is adjustable. I believe the base numbers are 122.

I’ve mounted my Burris FF3 on a Woodsman, a Model 41 and a two .45pcc’s and as soon as I get an offset mount I’ll try it on my AR.22 build. A very handy little sight. I have 2.

I’m looking at modifying a Weaver base to clamp to a D&T’d dovetail blank base- to mount one to my 94 Winchester.

Seems to have gone up in price I believe, but here's an option for mounting a FastFire on a 94.

That is about the cleanest mount for a Red Dot on a Levergun I've seen! well done! It will keep a lot of people shooting for a long time!
