The Buford T. Justice reference made me imagine a Winchester or Marlin father telling their POF son…..”There is no way in hell that you were sired from my loins.”

"POF" should be relabeled "***" Any bets on how long it's in production? The goofiest *** I've ever seen.

    I had the same thought!!

I've got a POF P308, which is a pretty nice AR10 (piston driven too, doesn't **** where it eats). I've been giving it dirty looks all day though. And its been like "hey, I didn't do it!! Dont look at me!!"

I saw a review video on utube about this gun...
It appears that it is geared to appeal to the mall-ninja types..... the more mlok slots and rails you can cram on it, the better it is.
Henry makes a "tactical" version of their levergun as well.... but it is just "a version".... they also make really nice traditional leverguns.
While this one is pretty ugly, to me, and to many of you, it seemed to be very reliable in operation, and the quality is likely top notch.
If they could make a version of this one with a more conventional looking stock, without all the tacti-cool crap, it would probably be much more marketable to many people.... but only if they got the price point down to a realistic level.

I just don't get the caliber they choose ... 9 mm Luger is a fine handgun round ...
but if I'm hauling around a rifle ... I want some more horse power .
    At least 45 acp !!!
I don't know about this one ... it's not going to get by on it's Looks ...
and the Price Point ... sucks rocks ... and the caliber leaves a LOT to be desired in a rifle .

If they made it with a tube magazine in .40S&W (because its FMJ bullets are FLAT NOSE only)…..nah, I still wouldn’t want it!

Esthetically is all wrong, so goofy with that H&K looking magazine hanging off of the bottom.

Now if that was a 100 round drum mag, there you'd have something! Or, or better yet- a side mounted mag like a Sten! ...and it should come with some cool temporary barb wire tattoo transfers as well.

Maybe just need to work shop this idea a bit more....

For $600.00 I’d give it a try. But, why not Glock mags? Even a tube fed model with a side gate would be better to me. But I’m happy to just stick with my Just Right Carbine for now, even though I’m tempted to add the Ruger PC9 with the rail and a drum mag for the fun of it. I like the sort of PPSH look of that.

It's like fat girls and mopeds, if it's laying around with a box of ammo and nobody watching - you'll shoot it.
