Got my 2nd doe with a cast boolit

Last Wednesday, went out to a buddy's farm, fir a late afternoon hunt. At 5pm, a doe came out, and offered about a 35 yard shot. I was using my Henry 45 colt, loaded with a lee 452-255rf, behind Unique powder. Not much expansion to speak of, but had a complete pass through both lungs. She ran about 75 yds and dropped. Just couldn't be happier when I saw her drop. I would post a pic, but I have to figure out how to resize the pic. Somehow, I lost the app I had been using.

Congrats!!! I have never learned how to post pic's. My wife takes them, but I can't post them. Year before last I shot a coyote with my Rem. 700 M-Loader & then almost exactly 30 min. later I shot a big 7 pointer, My wife took a pretty good picture & would like to have posted it, the yote was a pretty red color.

Congratulations. Nice deer/looks like you're in store for some good eating. Always means more when you take an animal with something you made yourself. Felt that way with muzzleloading and using my cast lead balls/R.E.A.L. bullets. Keep the pot hot and keep casting.
