You sure it is a reloading tool?
Maybe it is some kind of gizmo to compress a spring, just a wild guess.

It's a spoke wrench for putting together and truing up wire wheels.

Depending on the size of the gap on the end, it'd be for cars, motorcycle, or bicycles.

Do a quickie search for 'Dudley tool Co.'
Then click images. There's a few pictures of it. ebay has some listed.

Look at the bright side Dom, at least you didn't ask about using an old suppository mold for casting boolits.

There used to be a lot of that on ebay, maybe still is.

    Invalid attachment here.
Spell check doesn't work in Chrome, so if something is spelled wrong, it's just a typo that I missed.

I'd say Dom got the answer and took the pictures down to save space.

Couldn't you just use a bullet mold to make suppositories? I'm asking for a friend.

Wait a minute! The OP showed a tool for tuning the spokes on an extremely rare wire turret loading press. In a progressive mode the decreased weight of the wire turret allows a 10X increase in loading speed. Now you can put it back at auction at 10X the original purchase price!
